How do I know If my order has been placed successfully?


You will receive an automatic email notifying you of your order being processed. Once your order is out for shipping, you will receive another email with your tracking ID to follow up with your package.


How long does shipping take?


All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, this includes processing.


Do you offer pick up options?


No, Hause of Envy does not offer a pick up option. All orders will be shipped via USPS to the address on file.


How do I change my shipping address, after I place my order?


If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at hauseofenvy@gmail.com so that we can correct your address before it is shipped out. Once your package has been shipped we cannot change the address that was originally provided. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information.


My shipping status says delivered, but I haven’t received my package?


If your order states delivered and you have not received your package, you must contact your local post office. Hause of Envy DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that states DELIVERED or issue refunds for packages that states been DELIVERED

How do I return items for a refund?


If your item has all tags and labels attached, remains unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and is within 5 business days of delivery of merchandise. All returns require a valid authorization number. Please email us at hauseofenvy@gmail.com with your order number and product(s) you would like to return.Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns. Shipping cost is non-refundable. If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.

Hause of Envy offers EXCHANGES ONLY if all tags & labels are attached, remains unworn, unsoiled and is within 5 business days of delivery of merchandise. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All items are thoroughly inspected during processing, Hause of Envy will not send customers any damaged items.
